My scratch test showed positives for ragweed, histamine and mite P and mite F. I understand the first two, but what are these mites? Are they both dust mites? I can't find any further info.

Wow, that is very specific diagnosis good for you. I would not take the time to figure out what makes dust particles different; dust is pretty common and in all likeness you will be exposed to an allergen. Use gloves and cover your eyes when you clean, and I would also suggest showering after you clean.
There is not much one can do about ragweed- it is part of Spring. So many people are allergic to it and it gets carried everywhere by winds, animals and debris.
There is not much info on specific dust mites, my friend just told me mite P and F are common. Again, if you haven't figured this out all ready vacuuming and dusting are going to irritate you, and if you are allergic to ragweed you are going to have to stay inside a bit this Spring. Good luck!
