Eggy in the basket
Omelette with cheese, mushrooms, and peppers
Fried over medium with toast for the yolk.
Scrambled (firm) with cheese and some ketchup
Fried egg sandwich (yolk broke)
Fried with salsa and cheese.

Soft scrambled
Add a dash of full fat milk or 1/2 and 1/2 to your eggs, beat together. Pour onto a buttered, non stick skillet that has been warming over medium high heat. Gently stir up the egg curds as they cook up. Remove from heat when the eggs have lost most of their moisture content, but are still slightly runny. They will continue to cook. Sprinkle with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

called a cats eye. Take slice of bread, cut a round hole in middy, using a cutter or glass. Butter both sided of bread, place in frying pan which has been lightly oiled. Break egg in hole, cook slowly, when almost all done, turn the bread and egg together. now place grated cheese on top of slice of bread. cover and let finish cooking just a few seconds really. Do not want the yoke real hard. Place on plate and top with a dollop of jam. any kind. All my grand-kids love them.

I love hard boiled and poached and some times if I need a bit of a bigger breakfast I like scrambled (made from eggbeaters to reduce calories) eggs with a little bit of salsa and mushrooms wrapped in a whole wheat tortilla.

i love eggs in general but i guess the best ways to cook them would be as folllows:
Fried
poached
boiled
even with those 3 things i could think of atleast 10 different ways to serve them up!

Poached medium where the white is cooked through but the yellow is warm and runny.
Serve on half an english muffin, buttered, mound of steamed spinach and a nice pile of smoked salmon, topped with the eggs and bernaise sauce..mmmmm

I love deviled eggs! I mostly eat scrambled eggs with cheese for breakfast or either a poached egg on top of an english muffin with ham and cheese and tomato. Eggs are pretty versatile. Love 'em.
