Many things. I can't pick. Life, itself, is a grand journey.

I could say people, nature, or maybe even just the variety of life. If I get bored with something, there's always more to it.

I think being in love (like true love) brings a great feelling of happiness. But, its circunstancial. Now, for example im not. I'd like to be. But im not.
But one can reach true happiness, the one that enables you to say "im happy" even at bad times, and it comes from the feelling of oneness with Earth and God.
I know a lot of ppl might read this and think "yeah, yeah, blah blah the tipical 'god can make u happy'-thing", but i really mean it. It is true, i've expierenced it. If you search for god & truth with an open and peaceful mind, you will find it. A good way may be practicing meditation, yoga, or just giving yourself time to walk and think about your belifs, why u belive them, or about god, what is god, what is him to me? what is sin? does sin exist? does hell or heaven exist? what are them? etc. etc. I thik that humans *are* able to answer this questions. You just have to try. Well, i went a little off topic, maybe. well, thats what i think. gd question, btw.

At the moment, watering my Dad's plants whilst he's away.

He's got a big garden.

It's very spiritual.

I think (some of them) have 'personalities', as Prince Charles once remarked, in a different context.

You're giving them life, and I think they're 'grateful'.

You can feel you're sowing happiness, especially now it's summer.

Early man used to speak of spirits in nature...

Am I going backward? :-)

Maybe too 'vocal'. :-)

Thanking God for all He's given me rather than focusing on what I don't have.

And just out of curiosity, do you put sugar on your porridge?
