Ok all my life I have been a slim..Chica...Now I am 22 years old...and have a baby boy thats is 2 years old. I have always been around 120 to 130...I'm 5'6 now and i wieght 150 after my pregnacy....And i wana lose the weight i gain to go back the way I was...Can anyone help me plz..On how to lose wieght....So far what i'm doing now is working my *** at the gym....=]

One more thing how can I lose my double chain...I hate that its just a lil bit but it makes my face look fat... I'm a lil irritaded cause I have never seen my self this big...I dont think there is nothing wrong with the over wieght...but my problem is getting use to seeing meself over wieght....witch...i wana lose...badly...

find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Keep on with the working out it'll pay off in time. Also try yogurt. Its the live cultures in there that get in your stomache and rid your body of toxins Its helped me a bunch! I love yogurt. Yoplait is all I eat though. This is my tricks...Breakfast yogurt or yogurt smoothie. Snack is a Special K Serial bar (90 cals) DELICIOUS! Lunch eat a reg. healthy lunch like usual snack is a rice cake around 3 then I usually eat a bowl of cereal for dinner becasue your metabolism slows the later it is and thats a big reason for weight gain. I eat my normal meal at lunch cause my metab. is still going well but you can swap to your comfort. And all I drink all day is water. Its workign I promise and I'm exercising too and I feel so much better about myself. I've got a long way to go just keep your head up and keep your determination! Good luck!!

Eat whatever u like but only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Take only plain water in between. Include plenty of uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur meals and take them preferably before cooked food.
Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur auto systems in the body and u get strong signals when u r hungry or when u have had enough.
Take light exercises and brisk walks preferably twice a day.
This will result in ur achieving desirable weight effortless in a reasonable period.

Well you're doing one of the most important parts by working out (make sure you arent OVERdoing it. You dont wanna damage any muscle or tendons) And adjust your eating. It will come off. Baby weight can be a little harder to shed because your body naturally wants to keep it on, but keep working at it. Yoga & Pilates are great for dropping extra baby weight too.

well, maybe watch what u eat too. on the other hand my mom had me at 30 and weighed in 140s. afterwards she stuck in the 170s. maybe u'll just have to deal with it : ( Good luck!
