this is funny, but i actually tried that. nothing went wrong, the hair on my arm looked the same.

depends on how often. i've shaved my arms for swimming and the feeling is actually pretty cool. the hair growed back normally and is no different than it was before. it felt funny growing back for a little while, but it wasn't a big deal. my coach said she's shaved her arms a few times before and it hadn't changed the hair on her arms.

if you keep doing it, though, the hair will probably end up growing back darker and thicker, but i'm guessing you'd have to be doing it every week (like you shave your legs)

***side note*** don't shave the under part of your forearm (the part near your hand) supposedly there are sensory types of hair there that can possibly lead to a loss of feeling on that part of your arm. (my coach told me this also. just a warning)

If it's the arms themselves, I found they grew back thicker, darker and faster than before. If it's the armpit, then the same thing happens but it's easier to cover.

Whichever you do shave, always use shaving cream/mousee or shampoo, conditioner, shower gel... just don't do it against bare skin!

well
they hair will appear to grow back thicker because youre cutting it at a straight angle making the end blunt
it will also feel coarse to the touch after youve shaved it a few times, kinda like the feeling of your leg hair when its growing back in
my opinion, dont do it. either get lasered [which costs alot], use hair removal cream,or wax it.

Uhm, you lose the hair on your arms? ^^;

It's just like any other body part, I suppose. If you're uncomfortable with the amount of hair on your arms, I reccomend laser surgery to get rid of it permanently. :D

If you're unable to get that, and you would like to shave, then just be aware it may look strange/rough as it grows back, and your arms may have a stubble-y feeling.

Same thing that happens when you shave any body hair - it grows back, but usually thicker and darker

You shave the hair off....and then it grows back?

Is this in style again? Wow.

it looks really bad ! if girls at school shave there arms than you can tell because if they cut themselves they have to shave around and so on there arm you see this big patch of dark hair since it gets darker when you shave it around your brooze so gross

they no longer have hair on them.
yes the hair grows back.
no, it doesn't grow back thicker, you just keep shaving them just like you keep shaving your legs.
