I am 14 and currently, my stomach hangs down. It makes me sick when I look at it. Can you please help me?

Eat whatever u like but only when hungry and that too not more than three times a day. Take only plain water in between. Include plenty of uncooked fruits and vegetables in ur meals and take them preferably before cooked food.

Chew each morsel at least 32 times. This activates ur auto systems in the body and u get strong signals when u r hungry or when u have had enough.

Take light exercises and brisk walks preferably twice a day.

This will result in ur achieving desirable weight effortless in a reasonable period.

Exercising like sit ups and the like are so hard to stick to, and joining a gym is way to expensive. Try walking to school and home and in the park or around your block. It's something that would be fun to do with a friend too. Definitely cut down on the junk food and eats lots of fruit and veggies and drink lots of water instead of soda.
Don't give up.

since we cant choose which body parts to lose the weight off it just has to be overall weight loss.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

All you need to do is get active hit the gym alot of running situps ,,push ups & healthy diet stick to it for atleast 30 days you will see the results ,,,
just stick in there for 30 days u will def see the results
better yet get a personal trainer
or read alot of stuff about working out & breathing techniques etc

You're young so you will lose weight fast. Just eat healthy from all food groups, don't eat junk, but treat yourself occassionally in moderation. Also, be active. You're too young to sign up for a gym (you'll burn out), so join a sport, go rollerblading, go jogging etc 3-5 times a week.

As the others have said, you can get your body in better shape by watching what you eat and getting more excersize. That said, you need to work how you see yourself. Don't watch the model waifs on TV and feel bad about yourself. There are a million different body types and most are NOT what we see in the media. Take it easy on yourself and feel beautiful. I know that is easier said than done but think about it.

I don't think you have anything to worry about right now. But, it seems you might be predisposed to gaining weight. Make sure you are active. Get into sports, exercising, etc. If they don't interest you, go walking. Make sure when you want a snack, go for veggies and fruit instead of ice cream, cookies, etc.

get out side and get active walk , jog, play with dog . Stop the junk food.
