I'm applying for a job and there will be a 10 key test, I've been practing on a website that says I'm doing around 5600 keystrokes an hour with 0 errors.

Is that a good enough score?

I have tested at many interviews. An acceptable score has always been 7500 ksph or better.

10,000 keystrokes per hour is usually the minimum for a job that's really 10-key intensive. But if it's just part of the job and not the whole job (hopefully), then an accurate 5,600 keystrokes per hour will suffice.

I guess that what I'm trying to say is that if you don't get the job, it's not because you type slow.

That's over 93 keystrokes a minute...that's not super fast considering there are people that can type over 100 WORDS a minute....but it's not horrid. I guess it depends on what they (your potential employers) require.
