the best brand of glass paint I've found is Pebeo -- it's not easy to find (check internet or serious art supply store) I've also used Gallery Glass brand, it's cheaper & easier to find but harder to work with -- it's a lot like working with nail polish, you can't go over it until the first coat is dry or it gets goopy. If you want it to last & hold up to washing, I'd also recommend a glass paint primer & finish (should be in the same section of an art or craft store)

Go to Walmart. Get the One Step Painting Kit specifically for glass. Instructions included.
