Sounds like a healthy selection, but count your calories and make sure you're getting at least 1200 a day (anything under should have a doc's approval).
Add regular exercise and you'll be on your way to being slimmer and more fit. ☺
You shouldn't feel significanlty lighter in 4 days...healthy weightloss occurs at about 2 lbs a week (4 max) for it to stay off long term. Be patient. If you lose too fast, you'll just put it back on when you stop "dieting".

Hi.
If you check you weight every 10 days or so and you are getting lighter it works. The problem is that dieting is difficult and many ways to get it wrong. If you eat too few calories for too long your metabolism will slow down and you need to further reduce your food intake and as a result you will not get the nutrients you need.
You should go to a gym and lift weights there 3-5 times a week. Always eat at the same time. For 4-6 days you eat enought to maintain weight and the next 4-6 days you eat a little less than you need. Then continue this until you reach your target weight. Make sure you eat food from all the food groups and you also need to eat fat.
Hope this helped.

The food portion sounds good, but that is a dangerous amount of water. You only need 8 glass of 8 oz. a day-thats 64 oz. try drinking 16-20 oz a meal, and some inbetween (that will help keep you full).

its better to eat 5-6 small meals a day (every 2-3 hours) than 3 big ones.
find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

That sounds perfectly healthy to me. And if you're exercising at least 5 days a week, you will lose weight, and lose it healthily.
Just remember that the safest amount of weight you can lose in a week is 3 pounds.
