For federal, the % would depend on your filing status, your number of exemptions claimed on your W-4 form, and your weekly salary. For state it would depend on the number of exemptions claimed. But to possibly help you out, the state income tax rate for Massachusetts is 5.3%.

There is no "exact" percentage. It's different for every person and can differ from paycheck to paycheck if your income varies from payday to payday.
