A tablespoon of sugar, honey, or corn syrup. [ if you're making enough for 4-6 people.] It doesn't make it taste sweeter, but takes some of the heat out.
That's why people eat sopapillas with honey!

Make another batch of sauce without peppers and start adding the hotter sauce until you get the heat you want.
I don't know if there's a way to calm the sauce down since it will still has the same amount of capsiacin. The only way I can think of is to dilute it down with more virgin sauce.
You can try serving the sauce ice cold.
Cold temperatures numb the taste buds.

try putting in milk or sour creme or ranch dressing, something that has a nice cool and refreshing taste. just don't add water because that magnifies the intensity of the peppers. Thats why you never drink water when you eat hot wings.

it depends what els ein in your sauce... Just add a little more of something that isnt as spicy into it... like if you were to have ( just random things ) ketchup, jalepenos, Red peppers, and cheese lol Add a little but more ketchp or cheese or both. If its just too spicy, drink milk with it.
