okay so my friend whats to get a new haircut thats pretty emo i guess but shes having a hard time finding one cause her hairs really think and sorta curly
anyone with ideas or pics would be awesomeee

omg i have the exact same issue. my hair is soooo curly so it was hard to find a haircut that i would like. when i got mine cut i got a shag haircut with really choppy uneven layers. having layers is a rule of thumb with thick and curly hair because it tames the hair and it doesn't look so poofy. my bangs are a little longer so i can have an extreme part and they can go across my eyes. i then added some bleached streaks. if looks adorable curly and if you add a headband it would look even more scene. if your friend is willing to use a flat iron she can use some styling wax and add a little texture. lemme know what she does!

well, because her hair is curly she will definitely need a straightener. And with her thick hair, she should really go for layers. But not even layers...I know it sounds weird, but is has a name that I seem to have forgotten. You just have to tell your stylist you want them un-even and edgy, they will understand. And go for some long side swooping diagonal bangs, some that start some where near your lips or jawline and just fade into the layers of her hair. Well, that's my suggestion.
