Well, its not so much "who" its what concerts would I go to in the past (hate to rephrase your question)

A Journey/Van Halen Concert
Monsters of Rock - Moscow, 1991 (AKA - Moscow Peace Festival)

U2 - My favorite band of all time and I've missed them twice because of my "poor college student status."
They are really the only band that I "can't miss" before I die.
Edit: Why? Because they're songs rock, The Edge is my fav guitarist ever and Bono is bigger than life. Plus, their stage show is dynamite!
