vomit is bright orange

Well lets see maybe take it to the vet? Just a thought.

Take him to a VET!
That bright orange colour is usually a tinge of blood, or something hideous that he's eaten - even if it wasn't these, vomiting 9 times is serious.
Waste no more time!

Do you have some pepto? Depending on the size of the dog you can use 1/2 teaspoon (small dogs like Chihuahuas) and up. I know is sounds strange but it will help settle your dogs stomache. Now the next day your dog will pooh black pooh, possible to even have a small amount of blood in it as well. Don't be frightened. It is normal after taking pepto for this to happen. You will need a medicine dispencer like ones use to give medicine to a toddler. Take it and place it to the side of your dogs mouth and get it between the back teeth and make sure the medicine dispencer is in the throat. Squeeze the pepto into the back of the throat. They do not like the taste of it and will act as if they have been gagged. Trust me it will help. You may have to give your dog more later in the evening. It just depends on how the dog is doing. If you need more info let me know. Try to also offer plenty of fluids!!! It is very important not to let them get dehydrated.

if u have been somewhere before ur dog began vomiting think about what he might have eaten. that has happened 2 me before but she only done it 5or6 times then call your vet and tell them what is going on and they will tell u what 2 do from there.
