why are you so obsessed with losing weight? I don't know how tall you are, but 112 doesn't sound fat at all to me. It also sounds as if you run a LOT so you are probably skinny already. Get a life. And talk to a therapist, because it sounds like you have some body image issues that border on anorexia nervosa.

First and foremost weight is not your issue. The "fat" may be because your body is used to running so much that it's compensating. ie. if you eat less you don't necessarily stay skinny because your body start metabolising slower. Work on crunches and lifts. The only thing you need to worry about is gaining and maintaining muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat but at least you look toned.

go to a site like fitday.com to figure out your daily caloric needs and track calories. To safely lose plan to eat 200 to 500 calories less than maintenance per day. Foods that help with weight loss are cruciferous veggies like broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, asparagus, brussel sprouts, green leafy vegetables, cold water fish, almonds, etc

first off, i wish i ran as much as you did. thats amazing!!!!! if you want to be toned, try working your abs every day, about 100 crunches/sit ups/whatever. try also looking into finding out what foods can help boost metabolism, which might help but im really not sure

Sound like you are healthy, perhaps you don't look skinny because you have muscles. So keep the muscle, its good for you. Don't try to look like everyone else.
