stick to lean protein and vegetables. small portions, five times a day. Just cook all of your food the night before and put it into containers and heat n' eat. While you're getting all of this protein, you can start some weight training, that will raise your RMR (resting metabolic rate). Make sure you make one meal once a week really good like burgers and fries or whatever. Don't go overboard with that meal and you'll shed weight fast. Be sure to do some cardio too, at least 30 min of medium intensity on your non weight training days, and light cardio on your training days.

the best diet is always the one you can stay on. eat well balanced meals with proper portions, drink lots of water, and exercise 30 minutes every day.
