find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

i went from 215 to 185 in about 1 1/2 months. i'm not sure what ur diet is now but i was an everyday fast food eater so once i started eating healthier, it was suprisingly quick. if ur watching what ur eating, it shouldnt be too difficult to drop that weight. more fiber in ur diet, less oils and fats. lots of antioxidents, good source is green tea and it also speeds ur metabolism slightly. fish instead of red meat, a grilled chicken sandwich instead of a burger. a blueberry muffin or cereal for breakfast instead of sausage mcmuffin w/ egg(oh boy do i miss those). if ur having a sandwich, get wheat instead of white, cant tell the difference after a couple of times, no cheese ( they are about 2.5 g of fat per slice), light mayo, just watching out for these small things, u'll can start telling the difference. and excersizing of course, it compliments the diet well and see a faster result.

When you say fast, it already gets me worried. Do NOT go on a crash diet becuase in reality nobody ever plans to stay on that diet forever, right? So as soon as you go back to your normal diet or even cheat just once, you'll gain all the weight you lost back plus MORE! I recomend exercise, say two and a half miles a day at any pace, 300 situps, 200 pushups, and a low-fat diet full of protein, fruits, and vegetables. As you get better you can increase the amount of running, situps, and pushups. Goodluck!

first change your diet which is what you eat on a regular basis try to eat about five small meals a day to keep your metabolism going throughout the day. start the day with protein which helps to build muscle. also spice up your workout by jumproping (cardio) and stick to body weight exercises like the push up pullup the dumbell squat and power jumping.
