As a Christian,I'm very proud of Kirk.He has at least made you all aware of Jesus.Whether or not you listen is your choice.HE walked away from a "Hollywood" Career because of things they wanted him to do that were against his beliefs. You can joke all you want but he has made a impact on all of you here. And he will be remembered for this roll in his life a lot longer than Mike Seaver. Most of you could learn a lot from Left Behind even though it is fictional to a point there is a lot of truth from the Bible there to.How many other Christians would stand on testimony as he has ? Not too many I'm sure.So feel bad NO and I doubt it bothers him as to what You think of him either. He does it for the glory of God.

Kirk Cameron has his place in the kingdom of God and is called to be an evangelist,(IMO) rather than a biblical teacher or an apologetics scholar. I applaud him for his effort,however.. Had numerous and very well versed biblical apologetic scholars been present at the debate, including the late Dr. Walter Martin...The debate would not have even closely resembled, what we were witness to. I stand by my brother Kirk, just the same.

Real men follow Jesus, and why would any one worry over a Hollyweird career? It is sad that he has hooked into the " left behind" stuff that has no Biblical truth to it. Hopefully he can discover the truth and undo the damage done by those left behind films.

What do you mean feel bad? Of course he doesn't feel bad (at least I hope not) because in the long run according to Jesus' word he will be rewarded for that in heaven. And of course I dont feel bad because I would do the same thing, that's what Christians do.

Crocoduck!!! lol!!!!
I don't think he really HAD a major Hollywood career in the works. He was an ex-sitcom star. I don't wish him ill, but I don't think his career going down the tubes had all that much to do with his religious fanaticism.

I disagree. Kirk Cameron is really an atheist in disguise acting as a creationist. His acting skills are even better than they were on Growing Pains. He probably won't come out and say, "Fooled you!!" But we will know when we see him play a convincing role of a psychopathic killer in a Quentin Tarantino film.

What "career"?
Feel bad? About another washed-up 80s sitcom actor who went on to do the marketed Jesus circuit? No.
What his show needed was the father from "Growing Pains" to come on the set and say "Now, Michael. That's enough proselytizing. You're grounded."
