i know what you are going through. I have had nine sinus infections in the past seven months. You really should stop taking the antibiotics. You are probably somewhat immune to them by now, and they can be unhealthy when taken for long periods of time.
Obviously, you should probably see an ENT dr. There could be a problem with your nose (i had too much cartilage). ENTs will be able to see if there is a reason to the constant infections.
For short-term relief:
Take a HOT, STEAMY shower. This really does help loosen up the mucus. Also, use a Shower Soother with Eucalyptos. It opens your sinus passages, and it smells great, too.
Also while in the shower, rinse out your nose with Saline Nasal Rinse. It rinses out all the germs in the passages, and it can even get rid of a sinus infection. This is really the absolute BEST way to get rid of one. It might be a little uncomfortable at first, but it will leave you MUCH healthier.

Here is a curious and interesting fact. I had horrible sinus problems for about 50 years. Then I began getting flu shots and have NOT HAD ONE SINCE. Nor do I get colds or the flu any more.

Try a little Vicks vaporub in your nasal passages (just a little) at night when you go to sleep. It will help enormously. There are also nasal washes.

STOP TAKING THE ANTIBIOTICS. They kill the good AND
bad bacteria. Start taking ACIDOPHILES TABLETS from the health food store. They add the live culture bacteria back to your body and should be helpful with the sinus problem.

Good Luck.
