Today my allergies blew up really bad. Itchy eyes, uncontrollable sneezing, majorly congested. The worst part is the inside of my throat itches. What can I do about that? Aside from taking medicine.

For your itchy throat, you will have to drink hot tea such as green tea or any kinds of tea often.
Also, before you go to sleep, put some salts into a cup of warm water and let it dissolve.
Then take some sips before you go to bed.

I am guessing the blooming in the spring is most of the problem. If you go outside, strip your clothes and put them straight into the washer, you go straight into the shower to get rid of the pollen, the minute you get back home.

I used to have an Aunt in Arizona that built a house with a room next to the garage with the washer and dryer and a shower, so no pollen contamination came into the house. Her allergies were major.

Good Luck. When rains begin they should be better.

The warm drinks should help the throat along with a nasal wash to get the pollen out of your nasal passages (they lead to your throat).

Benydril (dyphenhydramine) or any OTC that has an anti-histamine should work for an itchy throat and swollen eyes.
