just finding out so i can multiply how long it takes to how much wieght i need to loose + diet and exersize

Well if you put on a sweater and sweat pants then go for a jog you can lose a pound in around 30 min to n hour. This technique isn't the healthiest but Ive seen a lot of people do it to make weight in wrestling.
Its water weight though so it only takes a day to gain it all back.

The question itself doesn't really make sense. It all depends on what you do and how much. If your watching how many calories you burn, this is what a lb ='s.....

1lb of fat=3500 calories

So, burn 3500 calories and that's 1lb of fat...Go from there.

(its lose...not "loose")

well i believe that 3500 calories is one pound...so just get the number of calories u are burning

you have to burn off 3500 calories more than you already consumed.
