Whose name appears first when addressing inner graduation envelopes?

Do I put the man or the woman's name first?

It is the man's name. It usually reads like Mr and Mrs. John Doe.

Address the inner envelope the same way you did on the outside. So, if was Mr. and Mrs., it would be John and Jane (if you call them by their first names).

Usually it's the man's name. An example is like... Mr and Mrs. John Doe.

The lady's, unless you're using the the "Mr. & Mrs." formula.
