if you go to a local pet store they have stuff that you put in dogs water or in a pill form that helps their urine to not be as acidy so it doesn't kill the grass (sorry dont know the exact name but if you ask them at the pet store they should know!)
although it's touch and go with it becuase in some cases it doesn't work, if you have the money build a dog run put down some cement slabs and let the dog use that area for a bathroom

I would keep an eye on him, but my dog has eaten far, far worse than that and not even had runny poops to show for it. I think every dog is different though and if your guy has a super delicate system, watch him closely to see if you should take him in. With a 100 pound lab, I would imagine he'll be fine, just a bit of a sugar rush.

Section off an area where you don't mind him peeing so much, and teach your dog to always go in that spot.
Also, 100 lbs is kind of large for a Lab. Check his weight. He might need to lose a few pounds.

Only thing you can do is hose off the grass immediately or train your dog to pee in one place every time where you don't mind the grass dying, like behind the garage or something.

Water your lawn where he pees. This should dilute the acidity. I have a dog that's what I do.

If you water the grass, especially where they urinate, this should dilute it enough to not kill your grass.

You can give your dogs a couple of tablespoons of tomato juice it helps neutralize the urine.

I have used both of them they work wonders. I haven't seen any urine spots in my yard since I used it.
