You can also contact local oral health groups-they have nurses who go around talking to chidlren about oral hygiene and they have colouring in pics-and esp good ones with Bob the builder with tooth brush that was popular in our setting!!!

Couldn't you just enlarge a clip art image of a tooth? Or an image of a smile? / toothbrush / etc.?
