if a child constantly cries to follow a 17 yr old and now he complains about his stomach hurts how can you tell if he's being molested

Take the child directly to the doctor. This can be serious and if it is not your child then you should advise the parents and even call social services for the child's safety. It is alarming and needs to be taken seriously. You could even talk with the 17 yr old and see how they react to your asking. Usually it is easy to detect a liar. If they freak out and get pissed, shaking, won't look you in the eyes or looks away, and blinking alot. Just a few of tell tale signs.

WOW - I dont see how these 2 things are in any way related. The child probably likes the 17 year old and molestation doesnt cause stomach pains. I worked in child welfare for years and "stomach pain" is not a sign of sexual abuse - gential pain or anal pain would be but not stomach????????

the best idea would to be to take the child to a therapist and to a doctor
