depends on the bone and the health of the teeth involved, but yes.

Hi
What an interesting question. After watching MythBusters, CSI, and shows like that, I would think it plausible. I do think that the health of the teeth used are imperitive. You do not want to test somethng like this with the teeth of someone who is calicum deficient or have some sort of issue making their dentes brittle.
Also to think about is the strenght of the bone. Are you thinking a bone of a living or deceased person or one that has been prepared in some way to soften it?
Interesting question - maybe a case for the MythBuster's Crew
LOL

Why not test this out for yourself? Certainly, you realize that your teeth can cut through chicken bones. Try a large ham bone, but be very careful because you could chip a tooth.

HELLO,
THE ONLY THING HUMAN TEETH ARE CAPABLE OF DOING IS CRUSHING RATHER WEAK BONES OF SOME BIRDS.
WHY IS THIS?
BONES OF BIRDS ARE POROUS TO ENABLE THEM TO FLY. IF THE BONES OF BIRDS WERE LIKE THOSE OF A COW OR PIG IT WOULD NEVER FLY.
THE TEETH OF CERTAIN ANIMALS WERE DESIGNED TO CRUSH BONES EASILY LIKE DOGS, HYENAS, LIONS, ETC. THE BONE IS ACTUALLY NEVER CUT BUT CRUSHED. ONLY THINGS LIKE MECHANICAL SAWS CAN ACTUALLY "CUT" BONE.

Yes, if your teeth are in good shape and depending on the bone.
Chicken and spare-rib bones are easy; bones from rib-eye or T-bone steaks are much tougher.
