Would they be selling ti if it wasn't. No they are not, but guess what, they have new nicotine-free cigarettes, where the ingreadients are FDA approved.

of course they are not, but then tobacco doesn't come under the pervue of the FDA, tobacco is adminstered by the
ATF.
