Neither! Use Dectacort (15 g cream) manufactured by JANSSEN! It is the best for removing pimples. I tried it myself and it removed it totally and without a trace! The chemical formula of this cream is miconazole nitrrate 20 mg, hydrocortisone 10 mg/g. It may not be found where you live. The one I have was manufactured in Belgium.
