How can you if you have cavitites?

Go to the dentist, because if you don't your breathe will smell really bad, your cavities will get bigger and you can develop abcesses in your mouth, and it will be more costly and the repairs will be more painful.

Do you feel severe pain almost unbearable if you eat sweets, or something hot or cold drink.? If you probe around your teeth at the gum line, do you hit one particular spot that "jumps" with pain? All classic signs of cavity..see a dentist

one way to tell is sharp tooth pain and small cavities or holes in your teeth
you probably have bin using the wrong tooth paste instead of a whitener go with an anti cavity tooth paste but most importantly go to the dentist you could get a serious infection which could spread to your brain and kill you

Holes, brown stuff. Sometimes it can be in between teeth and you cannot tell. Best is to see a dentist and they can do a xray.
