Yes, but you should "split" your workouts. You can train some muscles on days 1, 3, and 5, and others on days 2, 4, and 6. Muscles need time to recover, so it's best not to work the same group every day. Here is a sample training guide:

you should give the muscles time to recover. Your strength gain is during recovery, if you continue to work without recovery you will get weaker, not stronger. You can alternate upper and lower body workouts, so that you train everyday, but not the same muscle groups.

Stagger your work outs so that each body part gets a couple of days rest in between work outs.

yes, if you work on different muscles (one day legs, second - arms - third abs)
muscles need time to recover.
take one day a week off - the whole body needs to rest also.
