They just lost popularity.
I haven't seen many 10 packets of cigarettes. Are the government trying to phase them out to try and stop schoolchildren from buying cigarettes.
Tanner in the pictures.....9d upstairs. Winkles were bannned.
Shrink to fit Levi's. I sat in the bath with a pair on and am sure I shrank too.

ah...am reminiscing now...i had a tonic suit..and i thought i looked the bees knees in that!! AND i had a little silk hanky sticking out of the pocket...with a gold stud in it..how cool was that eh?? - lol!! i miss those days you know!!
p.s. sat in cold bath of water to make my levi's fit - FREEZING!
