Not enough for you worry about or do something about.
A typical "vial" contains about 1/3 of an ounce of fluid, or 20 cc's. Whole blood is 70% water, or 14 cc's of water. Leaving 2 cc of protein (2gm x 4cal/gm), 2 cc's of carb (2gm x 4cal/gm) and 2 cc's of fat (2gm x 9 cal/gm) =
8 + 8 + 18 = 34 calories.
