God's will is that all people come to salvation through a relationship with Him through Jesus.
Beyond that, we are given the free will to make choices concerning our lives. I think sometimes God gives us indicators of which ways would be better to go in than others, but I think Romans 8:28 is a very good verse to consider.
I don't think there's ever one "right" choice, and the rest of them are wrong. I think there are many "right choices". (That's not to say that some choices aren't "wrong"), but when it comes to things like "What job am I going to do?", "Who shall I marry?" and other questions like that, there isn't one specific answer. God, being omniscient, knows how it will turn out, but that's different than "willing" it. If your life is used by God to help others come to know Him, then you're in his will.

God's will is absolute. God is all powerful, nothing can happen if God does not will it. Ipso facto everything that happens is God's will; live your life and be at peace. Stop worrying so much, what is is.

If you have truly experienced "rebirth" of your Christ nature, then simply love and do as YOU will. The two are one.

You will know your doing his will when deep in your heart you hear him and do what he wants you to do without questioning it.
