Ignorance is true, but the ignorance is the ignorance of the ego. And the ego is fearful of its demise.

Uncontrolled emotions. I've never felt hatred for anyone, I think feelings needs to be controlled and can be controlled by reason and logic. If you hate you are in an emotional hell, emotions need to be controlled they must never be allowed to control you, that's my philosophy and it works for me.

i think hatred has to feed on whatever your upset about you can control your feelings and find that hate can consume you it only hurts you no one else will worry about it
