laying down, probably 8 to 10 calories an hour, sweating doesn't burn calories, it just dehydrates you.

All I have to do is sneeze once and I burn many calories. I am a hardgainer and I don't dare do what you're questioning. This would be detrimental to my health. Look up ectomorph, mesomorph and endomorph. These are what's known as the three different body types, although, most ppl fall under two different body types at a time. I am an ectomorph--a hardgainer--break-speed, lightening metabolism aka requiring absolutely no cardio to lose weight.
Hope this has helped some.

No, sunlight tanning burns no energy. It does make your pores and skin age swifter so which you will seem older. Sweating isn't comparable to dropping weight, you're in basic terms dropping water. How approximately hoping interior the water and swimming a sprint. you will cool off and burn some energy.
