I know tanning is horrible for you and I try not to go to the tanning bed that much, but I'm finding when I do go that there are always 2 circles on my back (on my shoulder blades) and rear end. I've tried laying a different way, applying more lotion to those areas etc, but nothing seems to work. It's starting to look silly cause I've gotten a pretty good tan but those spots are really white! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you're lying on your back, it's because the blood is being cut off because that's where the pressure is. Try laying on your stomach for half the time you're in there.

Unfortunately you'll have to lay on your belly. It's the bones that shadow those areas, so the belly is the best place to lay. Just not that comfy.

I'm afraid there is nothing remotely healthy about tanning and it is my hope that you will simply stop doing it. You'll ruin your skin.

I *think* its because of sweat build up. take a small cloth in there with you and whipe it off every couple minutes.
