I have this neghbor who is constantly harassing me. I live in a house with three other roomates and my neighbor calls the cops on us all the time. During the day, at night, all the time. We are not even loud. We dont even play music anymore and he still bitches. The other day he bitching at use cause we have been to queit and he wants to know why. I am completely fed up and I am wondering what I should do. Should I pour clorox bleach all over his wife's plants in the front yard? Should I feed his dog a big sponge soaked in gravy so it'll expand in his stomach and he'll die? Or should I pour cement down his fresh air vent on the sidewalk so all of his toilets back up?

Your neighbor is probably mentally ill. I would avoid him and if he calls the police again, explain this to the police and see what your options are. You all could probably file harassment charges against him.

What ever you choose to do to take revenge, leave the poor dog out of it.

I think it's funny that this question is under etiquette. I fail to see how revenge has anything to do with etiquette. If he's harassing you, sue him. Killing stuff and doing property damage will only get you arrested, which seems like a stupid course of action to me.

He sounds lonely. Invite him over for a party or meal.

Please don't hurt the dog, he didn't do anything to you! I think you should pour bleach all over their clothes, though, that would be hiliarous!
