It means we are all sinners. One of the sins you can commit is to tell a lie. Have you ever lied to anyone about anything? I know you have :-).

It is Dutch. Go to Babelfish.com, or compare it to the Afrikaans translation "Ons is almal sondaars". Afrikaans is derived from Dutch. In Afrikaans, the only form of the verb to be is 'is'. In Dutch, there are different words for it just as there are in German. The word for "are" in this context in German is "sind". To say we are in German, you would say "wir sind". There you can see the similarity between the pronouns in two Germanic languages. If you consider the object pronoun for us in German, uns, you will see that it is similar to Afrikaans 'ons'. In fact, Afrikaans 'ons' and German 'uns' are similar to English 'us' since English is a Germanic language.

http://www.genadebijbel.nl/Bijbelstudies/Ik%20geloof.%20Hoe%20nu%20verder.%20Deel%201.htm (Compare Revelations 21:8 in the English translation of the Bible with Openbaring 21:8 in the Dutch Bible). 'Openbaring' means revelation or an exposition of the truth.

There is more proof but you can have as much fun finding it as you had asking this question :-).
