I have infected ear holes from pierced ears.. both my ears are infected.. and I know its scar tissue.. I have like 9 piercings on my ears.. how do I get rid of scar tissue ? thanks!

I can answer this because I have been there done that :)
I have..errr had 3 piercings in each ear. One got funky and I had to have it literally removed- like paper hole puncher removed. What was left was a bumpy scar of hard tissue. How to fix that is an injection of cortizone from your dermatologist. One shot should do the trick- a quick little pinch and it sort of disolves away over time. For now gentle, clean massage of the area daily will help smooth out the scar. But if it bugs you alot call your derm and make an apt- they can fix it quick!

Scar tissue does not give you infections....
You need to use only good quality ear rings. Those with base metals can cause sensitivity and infections.
Clean your ears with hydrogen peroxide and use polysporin ointment on them. At least three times a day.

there is no easy way to get rid of scar tissue. You can minimize it by using tea tree oil... It works wonders just a little dab on the infected area and it reduces the appearance of it. You can also get lazer surgery to try to remove it, but its very painful so i would stick with the tea tree oil! You can get it at any drug store its not cheap for a small bottle be prepared to shell out at least 10 dollars but its well worth it!

Massage your ear with extra virgin olive oil. It helps soften up scar tissue quite a bit. You may also want to consider downsizing, depending on how bad your ear is.

I would say go to the doctors. I had infected ears from piercings and they did some surgery to fix the infection.
