find calorie/fitness calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have lean meat (protein) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min, light weight training
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, past etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

I agree with the person above. Weight watchers is the best. I'm 24 and I'm on it. I can still eat the foods that I like but it teaches me to eat healthy things too and its easy.

Now if you want to loose weight then get healthy foods and eat healthy things. You cant only eat healthy but you need to exercise daily from atleast 25-40 min. Before you know it you will be skinny.
but you also need to track what you eat..write it down.. and you need a certin amount of protien in your diet. so talk to your doctor and ask him about how much you should eat based apon your weight. or you can just figure it out yourself.

trust me this works. im already loosing weight and im 25-40 pounds over weight..
give your self 10 weeks of doing what i said daily and you will loose 10% of your body fat.
