If we all thought the same, we wouldn't be thinking freely.

It's a possibility. We may think the same way (same thoughts), there's no way to know that now. It wouldn't mean you have any control over the way I think, so I would still be thinking freely. It's not like 'freely' means 'differently'.
Or, yes, we would both be thinking the in the same way because we would both be thinking freely. Different thoughts, just both free.
Depends how you read that statement. It's just one of those things that makes you 'think'.

I think it's a bit arrogant, since it assumes that the person who is saying it is somehow the measure of what is and isn't thinking freely.
I think it's a bit hypocritical, since it would seem to automatically reject anyone else's view, which is the antithesis of thinking freely.
I think it's a bit limited, because none of us has all the evidence and therefore we cannot be 100% certain that some new evidence (whether new to everyone or just new to a particular person) might cause us to re-evaluate what we believe. Someone else might come to a different conclusion about a matter because he or she might have some information that we lack, or might lack some information that we have.

No. Inclusive logic does not apply here.
However, there is a saying of mine( a "Nateism") that does apply:
"Friends are people who can speak in metaphors."
If I have something in common with the way you think, I am more likely to understand what you have to say, and to understand it faster. If I want to share a new idea, I have a reference point and can share it with you faster and more correctly.
That is why people in my crowd go around quoting books, movies, philosophers, etc. To identify commonalities and re-enforce them, and to identify missing commonalities that can be fixed by loaning out the proper book, movie, idea, etc.

LOL....I think its hilarious. How can thinking exactly the same as someone else be free? I have many, many friends, (and a line up of enemies as well) and in 52 years have never found anyone who thinks exactly the same as me.

If I looked like you then you'd look like me!
By George!... I think the answer to your question is affirmative, if everyone thought like you they would all be free-thinkers! They would think like you but they wouldn't necessarily think the same as you.

If I thought like you, I'd think, "I hate to admit this...but Deke's right. Butt rock rules. He's wicked cute, too".

You think you're a free thinker.
There is no reason to go where it could, where you may want it to.
