I dont need any advice about nutrition only some excersises
that would be helpful? THX

the only way to lose fat is by overall weight loss because we cant choose what body parts to lose the weight off.
if you do just situ ups or crunches your belly will look only bigger since there is gona be more muscle underneath the layer of fat.
cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-50min combined with light weight training and healthy diet.

You need to look up some HIIT exercises. Also, lift weights, because the more muscle you have the better your metabolism.

But the aim is to lose weight overall, you can't lose weight from just one area. As you lose weight overall you're waist will decrease along with everywhere else.

Well losing fat around the stomach is all about diet more than target exercises. However, a variety of ab exercises can help.

Only running will stop this. The muscle built up from sit-ups only hides behind the fat. Trust me, cause im exactly the same, even though my collar bones stick out =o

for me..to tighten up my body..waist n tummy..i juz having squash every evening for 2hours..huh..it's nice after 2 month..belive it!!
