Some acne is hormonal, but not all of it. I'm 36 and I still get it. Sorry for the bad news.

Sorry, pal. You can still have blemishes well into your forties and fifties. It's not really the hormones that do it. If you have a severe case, you should see a dermatologist for a prescription. Sometimes an antibiotic pill or a cream can be applied to get rid of the infection. Some people need a med called Accutane. Just don't fall into the trap of using skin cleansers which severely dry out your skin and make it more vulnerable.
