I have a 19-month old and I am pregnant again. I'm wondering what is a good stoller that can accomodate a toddler and a newborn.

I like the Baby Trend Sit N' Stand, but I'm not sure if my oldest will tolerate it.

Jane Silver PowerTwin Double Twin Stroller Buggy is probably my fav. one. I just bought one before my son was born and its so easy to fold down.

I have a 3 year old and a newborn. I, too, considered buying a double stroller when I was expecting. But, I have friends who have had the Sit n Stand and they all hated it. It's large and cumbersome. Not to mention it will take up the entire trunk of your car or cargo area of your SUV or minivan. I have a Peg Perego Pliko P3 and I also received a Chicco Ct 0.1 stroller as a gift. Both have matching carseats that fit into the stroller and a small step at the rear of the stroller for the toddler to ride on. My 3 year old loves this feature. It gives him the choice to ride on the stroller or get down and stroll along side me when we are out. Both strollers have full size stroller convenience but fold up slightly larger than an umbrella stroller. They are both slightly more expensive than the Graco, Evenflo, and Baby Trend strollers, but are well worth the money in my opinion. You can find great deals on both brands on ebay.

My toddler would choose walking or sitting, not standing. I LOVE my Bob Revolution Jogger, its alot, but I jog alot, and basically my only kind of entertainment. They have an attachment where you can add an infant seat also. Plus the big wheels are great for the bumpy terrain on the way to the park.

That said, first make a list of what you plan to use the stroller for.
For example, I would only take 2 to the mall when the 2nd was under a year. He would go in the bjorn and the youngest in the single stroller - I would buy clothes, try them on at thome, then return what didnt work. Now I rarely will take 2 out. Its just not worth it.

So since I basically only use it for running, the park, and big events like the zoo, the jogger/side by side worked for me. Wed never use one of those serial seating ones. Just no need for it.

I'm getting the Baby Trend Sit N Stand Deluxe from Target.. the back seat can be a regular seat that you can strap them in, or you can make it a sit and stand! Check it out!! It has good reviews on Target.com too! (my son is about to be 2 and I am pregnant)

Please don't go by the advise of people you don't know. Stick with the safest one. Check with Consumers Report for their suggestions because this company doesn't advertise and you get accurate reports on products being tested.
