Tilipia, sea bass, and snapper. They don't have a strong fish taste. Also, many larger fish have higher levels of mercury, and that can make you sick for a long time. It's almost impossible to get out of your system.

Sea-base. Because u can cook it all different methods it taste absolutely succulent. And also the best way to cook it by steaming it and make sauce of ur own. Just like that and it's already delicious.

Red snapper, perch, whitefish, trout, salmon & tuna. I like them prepared a variety of ways, blackened, fried, baked or grilled. I believe wild caught fish is healthier for us than red meat & chicken.

Raw: SALMON sushi! My very favorite food of any food ever!

Cooked, cod or pollock (this is like they use at McDonalds or Long John Silvers and it's very clean tasting, great with batter or fried etc.

Salmon is great but it's not so much if overcooked. Salmon is so great with terriyaki sauce and on the grill! MMM

Salmon is to me the nicest taste wise, easy to cook and doesn't need a lot of preparation in the likes of seasonings.

Red Snapper, trout, salmon. These are versatile. They take on flavors easily through various cooking methods.

Personally, I love to stovetop smoke all of these.
