That usually happens when you haven't chosen the right diet, the one that suits your own body and metabolism. You may be eating to little (you know, if you start eating a lot less all of a sudden, your organism will burn a lot less calories, in order to adapt to the new conditions) or just too few vitamins, proteins, minerals - the stuff you need to stay healthy. You should read some more bout dieting or talk to a specialist. Also, doing regular exercise is a boost to your energy supply.

be very careful when using detox that is not given to you by your doctor. And look out for constipation if your detox has a herb called senna in it, because this creates bulk to gather all toxins out of the body at once and it will cause major, i mean major constipation that will probably result in you taking a laxative or suppository. this doesnt tell you this on the bottle or box. i know this from very recent experience, and if you have any type of heart problems you definetly should consult you doctor first. detox is not for everyone! be very careful, also you need to drink lots of water while doing this, this may be part of your fatigue as well.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.getin2it.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

Yes, because you aren't eating and you don't have any fuel in you. Many people swear the detox diets do things for them, but also many doctors say thats not true. I'm not saying either way, but yes, if your detox diet is one of them where you dont eat very much you will get fatigued.

Of course it's not normal. If you're clearing out "toxins" (?) to feel better, feeling fatigued after 4 days would prove that this diet is a bad idea.

You don't say what the diet actually is... what foods you're eating and what foods you're eliminating. I think I've done similar through a specific diet plan, but this method can affect different people in different ways. Fatigue was a common symptom and it's temporary. You probably shouldn't do it for more than a few weeks though.

HI....I'm from UK and I have seen on my TV that a few women slimmers were put on a course of detox to rid themselves of excess flab. They also had to do some vigorous exercises...road running. At the end of the course..none of them lost much flab and they were exhausted. If you have had that experience...you will need a good rest before you go any further.
