I was in the bathroom one time and there was like 4 stalls, I was in the first one peeing when I saw someone walk by through the crack of the stall, I looked down and saw mens feet the next stall over, he went to the bathroom standing there and coughing and making other disgusting sounds, he then walked out, nothing happened though but should I have said something? It was a little scary, Has something like this happend to any other girl?

Eww, what kind of disgusting sounds? Like, 'pleasuring himself' sounds, or bathroom sounds?
I've seen a man in the bathroom, but he was a teenager and he just followed his girlfriend in.
It's possible the men's bathroom was just full, and he really needed to go. But still, you should tell the manager if it happens again. That's a prime place for rapists to hide out.

Well a black man once popped into the womans bathroom by mistake. The poor fellow left just in time when I was done with a embarissed look on his face. It was funny seeing him again eating with his family but I kept myself from giggling.
Another time years ago I had to use the mens room b/c the woman's room was out of order. It was a small place with a one tolit bathroom but nothing bad happened at all. So if I ever see a man using a woman's tolit I would just leave the poor guy alone. He's probably embarissed enough as it is. Just ignore any men the next time if that happens. The men's bathroom may have been full or not working.

It happened to me in a club. Then the stupid man had the nerve to ask me what I was doing there. I opened the outer door and pointed to the sign on the door.
I believe this man was foreign as he had an accent and the club was called the Royal something so the doors did say Queens and Kings instead of Men and Women. However, why in the world would he assume I was the one in the wrong? Then afterward I saw him talking to people at his table and pointing at me. What a jerk! Everyone I was with just laughed but I was really annoyed.

Never happened to me personally.
You never really know who is in the stall next to you.My friend Roger used the women's bathroom all the time.But,he was dressed in drag at the time.

Yes i saw some very masculine feet in the stall next to me at the public toilet too, he/ she had open sandals on so i could see the big ugly hairy toes.

Never to me, but I did have a young kids peeking at me through the crack in the door one time. I stared right back, where are these kids parents?

LOL. yes it has I took my little brother to burger king and there was an old couple there getting lunch and they both went into the wrong rooms. They didn't notice until their granddaughter told them they were so embarrassed.

Never happened to me, but one time I pushed my sister into the men's room as we were walking by. She thought it was hilarious, but we were too drunk to care.
