Wrong, GLH. Jesus' DNA is 100% man and 100% God. NOT 50-50.
He was fully God and fully man. True God and true man. True God and perfect man. He is Perfection personified and there ain't nothing "50%" about Him.
And, NO, Joseph's DNA would not be found. He was not part of the conception process. But he bravely and righteously stood by our blessed Mother, though scandal surely rocked their family and their town.
But God didn't leave either of them wondering ~ He sent angels to both Mary & Joseph to bring them tidings of Good News, and to explain the role they would have in the salvation of the WORLD!
Praise be to God.

In theory Jesus' DNA should be 50% God's... now that would be an interesting paternity test

Jesus was conceived by the Holy Spirit, not by Joseph, so no, he would not have Joseph's DNA.

There's no way to know for sure. Joseph was Jesus' foster father here on earth.

Joseph definitely should have demanded a paternity test.

Who cares?
You must have missed the message of the gospels. It was to care for those less unfortunate.
