I tried St Johns & it didn't seem to work. For me personally Yoga and Meditation helped a lot. Also, I found an herbal remedy called Calm Tabs that helped too. I found them at a general vitamin store.

You don't need to take any drugs, natural or otherwise if you find yourself an energy therapist who does EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques).

EFT helps with just about anything and the great thing is that a therapist will help you to use it yourself so any time you feel anxious or stressed you do not have to rush off to make an appointment with your therapist, you can do a bit of EFT on the spot.

You can find out more from these web sites below.

I'd need to know more about your specific anxiety to say much. It could be generalized, a phobia, social anxiety, post-traumatic anxieties, obsessive-compulsive anxieties...

In many cases, gradually intensifying exposure to the things/situations that give you anxiety are the only natural ways to reduce it. I know it sounds simplistic to say "face your fears," but that is exactly what therapists help you do. If you can make yourself do it, you obviously don't need the therapist. But consider finding one anyway.
