Well i plan to study cosmetology when i graduate .And i wanted to go go out of state to do that but my parents told me that if I leave they wouldn't pay for school. Shoud I stay or should I go?

As I don't know all the details, no-one can say go or stay, especially on here.
It's a tough decision, but you have to way out all things and perhaps write the 'fors' and 'againsts' down on paper so you are clearer about it.
Take as much time as you can and be very Tolerant of your parents as they really love you.
Ultimately it's what you want!!!

For financial reasons, you might want to think about staying while you are in school. You'll have plenty of time to look for a job and move out of state after you graduate and are earning enough money to pay rent, bills, etc.

Why is it important to go out of state? Are you willing to pay higher out-of-state tuition? Are you willing to get loans or seek other funding to pay the tuition?
If you feel that the benefits of going to the out of state school outweigh the disadvantages, then go. If not, stay.
